3. I first started using this term at work. I would say it to my coworkers about different rude customers at the restaurant we work in. At first they looked at me like I was crazy, but then it actually started to catch on. We are not allowed to actually call people out for being rude, and we can't just say that customer at which ever table is being a real jerk tonight. However, we can say that customer is being a big noper. We are now free to trash talk our rude tables and not worry about them hearing us. Now they'll just think we're a bunch of crazies who don't know the English language.
